2. Account Terms

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Seller Registration - Terms and Conditions

Account Creation

Every seller must create a seller account and upload their products to start selling on the Mectrons platform. The seller account name must match the name of the shop. It must be different from any personal or customer account.

Legal Documents

All sellers must upload the required legal documents. Without these documents, the seller is not allowed to upload or sell any products on Mectrons.

Required Documents for All Sellers:

• National ID (NID)
• Bank account information

For sellers with a physical shop: Trade license required.
For individual sellers without a shop: Trade license is not required.

A photo of these original documents must be uploaded.

Money Transaction Account Ownership Proof

To verify the seller’s identity and bank account ownership:

• Sellers using a bank account must upload a photo of a cheque leaf.
• Sellers using mobile banking must upload a screenshot showing their profile information.
